Based in Cape Town South Africa, our core focus is the manufacture of aerospace quality, composite  components.


Stanchions made to customer requirements;


  • Total length, anything up to 825mm with stock tooling and longer with custom tooling.
  • Lifelines run through sleeves to prevent chafing of the composite.  Sleeves can be of stainless, Titanium or carbon.
  • Material and lay-up choice, full carbon fiber or E-glass or a mix of both depending on the flex/stiffness, weight and strength tradeoff.
  • Finishes in clear coat carbon or painted.


Two types of mounting options are available, socket mount or spigot mount.  the sockets and spigots are moulded with CNC'd tools, ensuring a universal perfect fit.
